This is a visualization. You can do it sitting or lying down. It is about visualizing Your Perfect Night’s Sleep. You imagine getting ready for bed and being comfortable before drifting into a long recuperative sleep. You wake up refreshed and full of energy for the day ahead.
The Magical Place
This is a visualization. It can be done sitting or lying down. In this visualization you transport yourself to a Magical Place of your choice. You feel completly safe and calm there. Ideal for drifting into sleep.
Body Scan And Sinking Into Your Bed
This exercise is done lying down. Gently getting into contact with each part of your body is a wonderful way to relax. Concentrating on your physical sensations you imagine your body sinking deeper and deeper into the bed as you fall asleep.
